Bio

Dr. Allie Guerra serves as Postdoctoral Researcher in Research Administration and Project Management for NC State’s Integrative Sciences Initiative (ISI). In this role, Allie supports the development and execution of interdisciplinary research and programmatic initiatives, helping to translate emerging ideas into structured, competitive projects aligned with institutional priorities. She works across ISI leadership to coordinate cross-cutting efforts, facilitate proposal development, and advance strategic opportunities that span disciplines and funding mechanisms.

Guerra earned her Ph.D. in organic chemistry from NC State, where her research focused on natural product total synthesis. Her current work bridges scientific research, strategic operations, and research administration, enabling collaborative, high-impact initiatives within ISI.
